I have the Steeda springs on my non-PP GT. I love the ride quality, this is my DD. Still have the 18in stock wheels/tires. With 1 inch drop I already scratched my exhaust tips, mid section and the front. I must be a horrible driver, :frusty::frusty::frusty:wait I used to drive a truck.:doh:

These progressive springs will also provide an exceptional ride quality and as roll increases, it increases the spring rates - that's the main difference between these and our current linear springs in which the currently available linear spring rate does not change.

For a majority of our customers, Steeda's new springs will offer the best of both worlds when it comes to performance and comfort.

For a guy that will never track his car but is looking for a lower look. Which springs do you recommend? My GT non-pp is a daily driver so I'm looking more for the comfort side.

Comfort-wise, progressive for sure! Nice, smooth ride while cruising - firmer ride if you decide to lean into it.

I have a Convertible GT with the 20" wheels... Will the Eibach's or Steeda's work well in this setup?

How do you tell the difference?

Can you post both Part numbers for the old (linear spring rate) and the part number for the new (progressive spring rate). I would rather have the greater performance (grip) that the better ride quality when cruising. So I think I may prefer the linear springs. I am assuming they will both continue to be available.

And just curious, why did you switch to progressive over the linear offering when you changed the front to be a 1.125" drop versus 1". It seems like you choose the linear rate for a reason on the old ones. Why the change in philosophy?

Thanks

The damn entrances to business are so steep in Houston. I really want to drop my EBM, but I am leery. My last car was a lowered G35 coupe and scraped pretty often. Deff need to do everything slow and at 45deg.

Do you know if they are going to be offered with the suspension kits?

They sure will! We'll make new suspension kits with the progressive springs.
