They're actually progressive springs, and I can definitely get back to you guys on a pre-order!

Just want to make sure I understand the difference. The ones you offer now are a 1in drop all around. The progressive ones you are working on will drop the front a little more than the rear. Does that just give the car more of an aggressive look? I've seen people with your current lowering springs but I'm pretty certain I don't know what I'm supposed to look for besides a slight lower.

I have the same question. Will the progressive spring provide a more comfortable ride for a daily driver?

David@Steeda any idea on the spring rates? Trying to figure out if I want your current springs or the new ones.

Correct! Current springs (linear) are 1" all around whereas the upcoming springs (progressive) are 1.125" in front and 1" out back. A lot of people like the front to be slightly lower for aesthetics/slight rake. In both versions of springs, the ride quality will be superb for daily driving.

The progressive springs will be as comfortable if not more than the OE PP springs.

Sure, at curb the spring rates are up 20% over the PP springs. As roll increases, it increases the spring rates to approximately 75%+ depending on roll or compression - ride quality is as good if not better than production.

David,
Have both sets of springs been tested on non-PP GTs? I'm leary as there are currently no shock/strut upgrades available outside the very pricey Cortex coilovers.

You bet! We have PP and non-PP GT's that we've tested on.

Thank you for answering this. I should have been more specific. I have a non-pp GT. between linear and progressive what do you recommend?

That's good. How does the non-PP car perform with them vs. the PP in both ride quality and spirited driving?

David@Steeda.

Does the Steeda choose the progressive spring as new product any particular reason except the daily driving softness?

Because i am looking for stiffer spring than my PP. this is really too cushy.

These springs will definitely stiffen the ride when comparing to the OE springs, even moreso on a non-PP car.

What about compared to the existing linear springs you currently sell?

Also Interested, how do they compare to current steeda springs other than lower drop?

These progressive springs will also provide an exceptional ride quality and as roll increases, it increases the spring rates - that's the main difference between these and our current linear springs in which the currently available linear spring rate does not change.

For a majority of our customers, Steeda's new springs will offer the best of both worlds when it comes to performance and comfort.
