that's reason why I passed on the x5r. well that and because it's twice as much more as the already expensive x5. Youtube and Vimeo only really push up to 50mb anyways...if we're lucky...vimeo being the best though. youtube can make gold look like poop that's for sure.

Yeah, very true. I find that having the best export settings possible really helps though. For example, when I shoot in 4k 24fps at 60mb/s I always choose "best render settings" Maximum bitrate depth" and choose the max/target bitrate of 60mb/s with VBR 2 Pass

same except sometimes I'll lock it to min 60mb regardless because even with vbr2 you can see the pixelation when it drops bad sometimes especially on the blacks. it gets even worse on youtube...it does nothing but pixelate pixelation and it's like OH GAWD STOP!
