Did you do new injectors too? What did that plug look like?
I got ID1050x injectors. and the plugs looked ok to me, but we put another set it in anyway per the tuner's suggestion.

Possibly try swapping #7 & #8 injectors and see if it follows and you get P0307

Good Idea,
We are going to pull the intake this weekend to check the IRMC and I will swap those injectors at the same time.

Definitely takes time to get new builds dialed in, took me months to get my whipple all dialed in (had TB issues causing limp mode, then my transmission started leaking etc) Totally worth it in the end though.

So I swapped the injectors, swapped coil packs. replaced plugs, removed intake and checked the IRMC, Checked and cleaned the O2 sensor (looked fine honestly). Misfires are still on cylinder 7 and 8. I have an appointment at the ford dealer tomorrow to have the "misfire monitor neutral profile re-learning" procedure done. I dont see what else it could be. as far as I know it didnt do it before the kit install. But I did have the oilpump and cranks sprocket replaced prior to getting the turbo kit installed and I know they remove the timing chains to do that. I hope the re-learn will fix it.

Well Farge, Cylinder 7 and 8 are low compression. down 16% and 19%. Cylinder 4 is down 4% and Cylinder 5 is down 1%. Guess im rebuilding a motor. :(

Damn that is unfortunate. Do you think it may have been caused by oiling issues due to that oil leak possibly? Definitely would want to figure out what happened so it doesnt happen again on new motor. GL

I dont think the oil leak was related. The oil leak was sloppy install. Likely it was weak and the boost just finished off the rings. Hopefully since they arent down completely I will be able to salvage the block. Im going to do a dirty rebuild. I will get the heads and block checked but I will probably just replace the pistons and rods, and get some ARP studs ( probably should get those on order, I hear the are a long time out filling orders).

Anyone know the flow rate on a stock Gen3 fuel pump (cant find the numbers anywhere)? What is the HP limit on a stock fuel pump?
What is more likely to cause compression loss on Cylinder 7 and 8. 7PSI of boost blowing out the rings or a lean condition?

7psi will not “blow out” the rings. A lean condition will however cause ring land failure. I would install a good return style system. Initially, we put a DW400 in my brother’s Procharged car w/1050X. It made 735 on 93, but ran lean up top. He has since switched to a Fore twin 465 system and that solved the issue.

Excessive heat has caused a few others to loose their #8 cylinder. Couple of the threads weren't even boosted guys iirc. Just running the ford performance pack and tracking the cars. That side of the engine seems to run the hottest.

Are you running a bap with the stock fuel pump?
