Anyone order from Tascaparts.com before? I placed an order almost a month ago and it hasn't even shipped out yet?

They have no working phone number. They don't answer emails. You can use their live chat feature, but the agent gives you the run around. They told me all my parts were in weeks ago and it should ship within 24-48 hours... Well that turned out to be a lie. It wouldn't be so bad if there was communication on their end, but their communication absolutely sucks!

I'm beginning to think Tasca is either in financial trouble or they don't give a F about the customer. Could be both? They are very quick to charge you after you place an order. Within minutes the charge shows up! But they can't ship anything out in a reasonable amount of time?

I have ordered stuff from them and it did eventually showed up, but yeah, it's almost like writing Santa a letter: Your sh*t will be under the tree or it won't.

I'd think this is part of the Tasca ford parts dept.
Call tasca ford and hit the prompt for the parts dept.
They have 2 ford stores, Cranston r.i.(401)681-1300 and Seekonk ,ma (508)336-7200

Lot of parts are on backorder, although it's silly they won't even tell you. I also hate that a lot of these companies instantly charge you for something that's backordered, a quality company should wait until they actually have it to ship to you. That's why I like using Autonation, they actually communicate.

Do not use this company. Virtual chat that they may answer, minimal to no responses to emails, worst customer service I’ve ever had from an auto parts store in 40+ years of driving. YMMV…

I have recently ordered a good amount of OEM parts 1 of them from Tasca. It came eventually but the national backlog is killing everyone.

Oh well. I don't care if they have been around 100 years and are the size of Amazon... If a company can't even be bothered to communicate what's going on with your order, I'm not doing business with them again. I get there is a shortage. The problem here is lack of communication. And that is unacceptable. F 'em. I'll order from someone else who actually wants my business.

I had really good communication with Levittown Ford Parts on my GT350 Valance that took almost 2 months to get. But they were quick to give me updates. They are also vendors on this site.

Tasca bought out Morande Ford, in Berlin CT when I lived up there, and I remember everyone at that dealership was a major cocksucker to deal with. Ill take the shitty Florida dealers anyday over Tasca

I’ll second that . Two months, blame it on FedEx, hours of waiting on their chat server, four total emails sent over that time to probably about 20 sent on my part. Now I’m waiting for a $2200 refund and preparing for the fight to come over that. If I could have ordered from Levittown, I would have, but they didn’t ship large parts overseas.

Never had issues with either Tasca or Levittown. Global part shortage is killing everything. It's even tough to get Oil Filters for the 2020 GT 500.

I did the digital dash upgrade using Tasca. It took a bit, but I knew it would. I did send a couple emails and used the chat function with acceptable results. It took me several weeks after receiving parts to install. Upon installation I noticed a small trim piece missing from the bezel. Probably a part that would cost under $5, if only ford sold it. I emailed several times with no luck, tried chat one day and they said they'd investigate and get back to me(didn't hold my breath). Well about two weeks later a new complete bezel showed up (I think around a $200 part). I pulled the small trim piece off itand installed it. Yes, they were slow and at times unresponsive but in the end I got the parts. I am at the stage in my life where I will gladly pay a price for customer service. However, this case I didn't need the parts fast., and didn't care on the timeline. If something similar comes up I'll try them again.

Ok, whatever works for you.
The problem with comments like yours is it is a one sided story, And we all know, There is your side, their side and the truth. Good luck with whatever you do and whom ever you buy from.

The problem with comments like yours is blindly believing Tasca did nothing wrong. If they had open communication, things would be different. Look at their reviews on Google Maps, other forums, and on social media like Facebook. Nearly half of all orders they have sent out in the past few months have been late. Some orders never showed up at all. But no communication is a common theme with Tasca. Check the reviews...

I'll save you the leg work of Googling. Click this link: google maps tasca parts - Google Search

This is the first time I have ordered with Tasca and it will be the last. Read my words. If this sorry excuse for a company doesn't get their act together, they will be out of business soon.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Levittown Ford and I will continue to do business with them.
