Looks like you have to do some math and take measurements lol.
Or just put it on a lift and dangle 50lb weight bench weights from the eyelet and measure droop. Come on guys do it for Science!

Quick math reality check. The 24mm to 20mm is about a 50% reduction in stiffness. 21.7mm to 20mm is about a 30% reduction in stiffness. This is all assuming the bar is solid and the lever arms are all the same.
