Okay guys - I have one last thing holding me back from purchasing that used GT Premium with PP...

No Sunroof!!! Camero and Challi offer them but I cant reach clutch pedal in those cars nor can see out of them!!

WRX STI has a sunroof but seats too big in there too!!

What is the viability of having a sunroof installed? I don't want a vert - I hate having my hair whipped around that much. A Sunroof is perfect for me. :)

have you spent much time in a s550? Their visibility is really incredible actually. I love having cars that feel open and a ton of natural light coming in. The mustang feels that way. I can imagine a sunroof being possible with the design of the car...and if it was possible it would be stupidly expensive.

Id spend more time in it. Go down to an enterprise or something and rent one for the day.

My boyfriend has a GT350 and I've driven it quite a few times. :x I just LOVED having a sunroof when I had my RX-8. If I am going to drop 36k into a car I just want it to be everything I wanted. It literally has everything but a sunroof.

Ask the shop where your buying it! At the Chevy dealership we could install them for like 1200 dollars on any car.

Vert turbo!!!!
Buy a convertible... I love my vert.

I've always had sunroofs in cars though... I get it. Love being able to kick the top open to let some summer heat out.

IMO the Camaro looks ridiculous with a sun roof. It just doesn't flow. I used to have one in my Lexus and I do miss it some times but I wouldn't have wanted one in my GT even if it was available.

you can have a giant sunroof in a convertible. if the sunroof is the only thing hold you back from this car then they sell hondas and toyotas with sunroofs every day. lol jk...but I don't miss not having a sunroof although I would take a glass roof.

Would rather have chassis rigidity than sunroof.

Oddly enough, I used sunroofs a lot when I was under <25 but over the past 20 years I have had a dozen+ cars with one and never even removed the blind to let the sun in. For me, if Im in an enclosed car and its warm enough to open the roof, I have AC on. If its a hot day with a vert, drop it, let the wind cool you off!

I quit getting sunroofs in cars because frankly, I don't know of a single time I have ever opened one.
