Next Phase: More Power!

DSS 800hp Half Shafts are installed, new rear wheels with 305/35/19 drag radials are on the way, so it's time for more power. I'd love to do a blower but finances just won't permit that any time soon, so it's time to hit the bottle!

So over the next couple of weeks I'll be installing:

Nitrous Outlet Plate Kit
Nitrous Outlet Stage 3 Accessory Pack
NOS Progressive Controller

First up is figuring out how/where I want to mount the bottle in the trunk and where I want the switches since they don't have a panel yet for the '15. I'm torn between the "Shaker" panel in the dash and beside the e-brake like someone else did.

Had to get a new tuner since I couldn't data log with the Hyperbox:

And the parts are coming in...

Nice... Will the tank fit bolted to the top of the trunk like where I have my Fire Ex? Sub'd Curious to see how you like this.

No, I suspect it would be too heavy for one (a10lb bottle is more than double that size). Additionally the bottom needs to be lower than the top valve and face the rear of the car to ensure the internal tube is always in liquid when accelerating. Lastly there is the blow down tube that needs to go through the floorboard to vent outside the car should the pressure get too high; I don't think you'd want that there.

I'll probably mount mine with the rear where the oem subwoofer was, facing front at a slight angle...

Very nice ride. Do you have the full headlight tint or just the side marker?

At least you got one post in before someone mentioned your Hobbit toes! Hahaha!

Car is coming together beautifully! Kinda surprised to see the Nitrous setup, but hey, I'm rooting for ya! Track times soon?

Can't afford the supercharger this year, so the spray will hold me over until next year. Hopefully I'll be able to hit the track next week, weather permitting.
