Stock Sealed Coyote runs 7.90@170

Anyone see Manuel Gomez and Midnight Performance run a 7.90@170mph on a stock sealed motor with twin turbos? Pretty damn impressive. I'm sure it's on the ragged edge and on borrowed time, but they have a built motor ready and just wanted to see how far they could push it. Not sure if they're even done yet.

Yes, intake to oil pan 100% stock motor. They didn't even put OPG's in.

It's a 10R80 with machining on the drums for additional clutchpacks and aftermarket clutches. That's all. Midnight does all that in house. I actually have one of their Stage 2 transmissions.

I don't know much about transmissions but it's equally incredible they got a "more-or-less" stock transmission to do this

Try that with a SEALED, intake to oil pan 7.3L GODZILLA, 6.4L HEMI, or any LS. Ain't gonna happen. Ever.

Haven't heard, but mine doesn't have it either at 900whp. I think they broke that car in, much like I did mine. WOT from mile 1.

Same. Multiple passes while stock with less than 300 miles on it. Blower was installed at 700 miles and it was at the track the same week. Now at 1100 miles and no noises so far.

So, lots of boost and probably dumped long tube headers. Seems they could go just as fast with less boost if they ported the heads, changed cams, and put a performance intake on it. Cool, none the less, that a stock Coyote is hanging on this strong.
