Steeda Mach 1 Tune Installed

There’s no surprise how much I value Steeda parts and their outstanding customer service. So when I had the opportunity to add a little performance for the Mach, I had to jump on it. I have no dyno #’s yet to backup anything I have to say but it definitely pulls harder though out. Low end, mid range and top end power all has improved. The tires even broke loose on the 2nd-3rd up shift which I had to smile because that had never happened before. The Mach has the 10R80 and shifts much harder at red line. I’m not the one to answer any technical questions but I can say the Mach gets down the road with a real sense of urgency. Thank you Matt again for top notch customer service.

Not much wear and tear, doesn’t get driven much. I mostly drive my Steeda/ McQueen Racing Supercharged Bullitt a little more but thx for the heads up.

That not really how a tune works, you can still easily put 200K+ on a tuned car.

I wonder how much of it is just the Bullitt tune with the added Auto tranny mapping from the GT.

I also had a Bullitt tune but I think James still had to make a few adjustments but that’s a great question.

I've been waiting for the Steeda Tune to come out. Talked to Matt a few times and he said they were having issues with the codes on the SCT. This is great to hear as I am also a big Steeda guy, had their tune and CAI on my 15GT for many years without any issues.
Biggest question I have is how much improvement on the A10 as this would be my main reason to get it? can you list some differences you have noticed?
Also, is it a 93 or 91 tune and do they give a Flex tune or just full E85 with the order?

Getting a tune without before/after dyno is kind of weird, makes no sense to me. I want to see facts on paper

I'm ordering the blue FP filter now and gonna get the "EU missing horses back tune" in May/June

Edit: May/June sounds about right but 2023, alas wife spoke.

Just called Steeda and they said it's still not figured out. No tune available.
KD, are you the one guy with the Orange car they did it on because your Mach ECU is old enough that the coding worked?

Did you speak to Matt? No I have the black 1 which was the 1st Mach with their H-pipe. Chris did the review on it.

So other than hard shifting at redline, anything else you noticed on the trans or is behavior the same?

Tune isn't something you'd have to worry about when it comes to this. Coyotes are rock solid reliable. It's when you add the supercharger and turbocharger you start playing with fire.

Any updates on the Steeda Tune on the Mach? Do you still like it? How does the A10 shift, still go into 10th gear when only going 40mph in normal mode?
