At first I was kind of hesitant for the Steeda's due to how short they are, and less than ideal for putting it up on jackstands on the rails. M previous S550 I built my own similar to BMR's. But after a month of back and forth with myself I talked to @tj@steeda and pulled the trigger for them. The Steeda's are sooo much lighter and cheaper priced than others.

Ordered them last Thursday morning, and FedEx arrived Saturday morning! Install was a 10 min breeze as expected. Jacked it up and put the jack stands not on the jacking rails (K member mount, and rear pinch weld). I supposed the name implies they are best suited for jacking, not jack stand placement. Changed my oil and was done with the car for the day.

Maybe next time I will put the jack stands on the jacking rail at the ends. I know it can be done, just have to build some trust in those locations first I guess.

Overall happy I went with Steeda again.

I jack the car up by the middle of the rail and put two jack stands on either end of the rail. Then do the same for the other side. Works perfectly.
On a side note, my install was NOT 10 minutes. I had to deal with SPIDERS who made their home near the points that the rails bolted to. Ugh.

The BMR ones are way too expensive for what they are. And a lot of extra weight. I seriously considered them tho.

Love my steeda jacking rails. Installed them a few weeks ago and right after the install I jacked my car up with the jack stands on the rails and went to town doing resonator delete and steeda differential bushings inserts. The car is rock solid when you put the jack stands on the jacking rails, nothing to be worried about.

not having seen these in person installed, can you tell if they hang low? i saw someone selling theirs in the classifieds because his car was lowered and it was creating ground clearance issues...

Hangs maybe 1/2" below the pinch weld seem. If your bottoming out on jacking rails your car is way too Honda Civic low. Last time I built my own I used 1 X 2 tubing instead of these 1.5 X 2. The old ones were flush with the pinch weld. I prefer these hanging a little lower.

I threw some rags over my Jack stands. Works fine.

So on the subject of jacking rails and jackstands. I have the Steeda set and have had my car up several times now on Jackstands at the four corners of the rails. Each time while working the car it really only sits on 3 of the jackstands, the fourth one I can leverage the car to get it to shift off of it a little. I've worked on my Jeep and truck and never had this happen with the same jackstands. I can only assume it's because my track home cement garage floor may look completely level, but maybe it's not. Just weird that the problem only happens on the GT, not my other vehicles. When i put my jeep on Jackstands, the stands are inboard of the wheels about the same and it doesn't teeter? Anyone else see this happen? I make it safe by leaving my two floor jacks in the center of the rails as a precaution, so not really worried too much, just thought I'd ask.

Thought about it a bit more and the weight is really only on two of the jackstands at apposing corners. When it shifts, it can either be resting on one of the other corners at a time. Hope that makes sense.

Mine does this too....have to put extra rags under one, so it holds it.

Although I looks at my floor and there is a 1/16 raise in the floor, because of a crack. So in my case I think its the garage floor.

I have absolutely experienced that too, even with my custom longer rails previously. Only ever touches 3 stands at once. Convinced myself my garage floor is uneven rather than chassis is that tweaked on a brand new car. Either that or the chassis is so stiff it doesn't flex to even out the load. ???

The floor isn't level and the chassis is stiff with the jacking rails.
