Just hit 1500 miles and I thought I was going to hold out awhile before pulling the restrictor and getting the tune. But to hell with it, the tune request is in the car is running great and since I'll get to 3 years way before 30K miles I might as well have fun and enjoy it now.:headbang:

Well the powertrain warranty is 5yr/60k but don't let that stop the modding fun!

Well my brother in law flaked again last night so I decided to borrow the tools and do it myself this morning. This was my first time installing the CAI or a tune so I spent awhile doing both making sure I followed all the instructions.

I was very apprehensive to do this because warranty, and just inexperience with tuning. So I decided I want to enjoy the most out of the car as quickly as possible.

Install totally straightforward and minimal tools needed. I had realistic expectations and the but Dyno didn't dissapoint.

I recommend this combination to anyone looking to add a little extra punch to their Coyote:cheers:
Glad you were able to tackle the install! Enjoy!

It was in another thread, I'll have to find it and link it
I looked in some recent threads of yours and didn't see the dyno sheets. This thread would be the best place to post them considering the amount of ttaffic it has had. You said you seen gains, again I know its not a same day or back to back comparison. But if you post the before and after dyno sheets it would be nice to see some indepentant testing other then the manufacturer. I know others would be interested in seeing them as well. Thanks

Is there a list of the specific tool sizes needed? I figured out some of them just haven't had a chance to check the torx screw size required or anything in the engine bay yet. Want to make sure I have every tool before I start ripping apart my stock intake.

YouTube Steeda 2015 Mustang. They have an install video, and it tells you every tool needed.

I just installed my steeda intake last week and I love it! The quality is superb as well as the fit and finish. Install was pretty straight forward and the only thing I will complain about is that my heat shield did not come pre-drilled with mounting holes so I had to drill those myself, I was a little disappointed about that but luckily I had the right tools to do the job. Overall though I'm very satisfied with my purchase! :)
