Does anyone have issue starting their s550 mustang after they get gas? It happened to me twice, that after I get gas I couldn't start the car... It took like 5 try to get it to start.

Perhaps you may need a fuel filter or pump at the very least.

Curious, do you top off the gas tank after it automatically shuts off?
That can cause evap issues which can cause hard starting issues. It won't always throw codes.

It could be a purge valve starting to go bad allowing excessive raw fuel vapor to cause a semi flooded condition after getting fuel especially if you add fuel after the pump clicks off.

Next time it does it try holding the gas pedal all the way to the floor before starting which puts the PCM in clear flood mode and shuts the injectors off, if the car starts and acts like its partially flooded when it does then either your purge valve is bad and leaking raw vapors into intake or you are overfilling the tank by topping up too much after the pump clicks off.

I will round the dollar amount up to an even amount after the pump clicks off but never more than 1/2 gallon or so.

I recently put in the Ford passenger oil catch can, will it be the reason?

don't think so, i've got the JLT one, never had this issue.
Only issue I've had is how it starts weird when it's warm where it takes quicker to start and sounds weird but that's it

I feel like 0 to 20 is slower since I put that on.

My experience with other cars which start to take more than one try before start, fuel pump replacement fixed the problem. Good luck things like this which do not cause a code can be hit and miss. Just a best guest.

My GT500 was having this same issue. It turned out to be the evap purge valve.

The catch can should not cause a hard start issue.
