All new bolts. Existing clips reused. Yes it says Shelby on the splitter.

Picture shown in earlier post. It is exactly the same. I took it out of the box to check it and put in back. No need to install yet since I have an HCM Carbon fiberglass one on the car already. Got this as a backup for a later install if needed.

My splitter's missing a few bolts from the dealer.......
I'm having a hell of a time finding part numbers to replace. Anybody have those handy? (the torx and regular hex heads)

I like to disassemble things.
Matt Kriegsfeld (on Facebook - "Ford Shelby GT350 Owners" page) has replica GT350 R splitters for ~ $550.
Mr Kriegsfeld may very well be contacted by a lawyer(s) soon.

From here.
The name is absolutely protected.

Trademark is registered with the USPTO for (among other things) "Automobiles and structural parts therefor; Automotive body kits comprising external structural parts of automobiles; Automotive conversion kits comprised of front spoilers, rear spoilers, fenders, grilles and lights to make structural changes to an automobile; Motor vehicles, namely, passenger automobiles, their structural parts, trim and badges; Plastic parts for vehicles, namely, automotive exterior and interior plastic extruded decorative and protective trim..."

The splitter itself is also protected under US Patent D744,916S for a period of 14 years (ending Dec 8, 2029). Note that even Ford didn't put the "SHELBY" name on the part when submitting the application as they were well aware of protections therein.
