So you are doing the upgrade in your kitchen? Any push-back from your partner?

lol, it has been complete for a couple of years now. Fortunately, I have two homes. One in the state I work in, where the other half only comes to every couple of months or so. I did it in between visits.

You got me thinking how long it has been since I did the upgrade and I looked back through some emails I shared with @StangTime, @Evolvd, and some other experts on here, and it was actually September 2022 when I installed everything....wow, time flies.

Wanted to ask if anyone had any tips on getting the A pillar tirm back on ?

I can't seem for the life of me to get them back on and I am trying to be careful not to mess up the dash or the trim piece.

It’s next to impossible with the windshield glass still in. There’s some videos on YT that may be helpful but I ended up cutting the forward tab off the right side to get it back in. The drivers side went back in relatively easy.

Use a string to hold the tab as you guide it in place. Pull the string toward the center and the tab will fall in place. Once it's in, pull the string out before you snap in the A pillar.

Thanks for the suggestion, I will give the string trick a shot . Have been driving around for the past two weeks without them on šŸ˜† .
