Short shifter

I hate shifting gears when the car is cold.. Super notchy, not smooth at all.

Looking into getting a new shifter, any suggestions?

Preferably budget.. nothing too crazy.

I looked into FRP Short shifter but not many reviews/info out there on it.

Any advice would be helpful

Replacing the shifter will make your issue worse. I would recommend replacing the trans fluid. My personal choice is BG Syncroshift II.

Did you use 100% Syncroshift, or did you mix it with anything?

I don't recommend mixing anything with the Syncroshift.
