I just got my car yesterday and my wife and I were playing around with the seat coolers. It appears when you turn on the seat coolers there is a fan that turns on. It runs at high speed when on level 3 and slows down at the other two settings.

On the passenger side of my car when the cooler is on at its highest level, it vibrates the seat a little bit. My drivers side does not vibrate at all.

Does anybody else have this problem?

You must have the premium vibrating seat option...doesn't that usually double the price for a recliner? LOL

No vibration in either seat. Does the seat cushion and the seat back cool? Had them on yesterday and it did not seem like the backs were cooling, just the lower section.

I can only feel the seat bottom cooling. I haven't had the heaters on yet to verify if both are heating.

I had the seat coolers on last week for the first time when it was actually warm outside, and happened to be wearing a lightweight shirt. It definitely blows cool through the seat back, but it can be hard to feel if you have layers on.

I don't get much of any noticable vibration but the cooling seems inconsistent. When I first bought the car I was "blown away" by how cool they felt. Then at other times, it doesn't seem like they're hardly cooling at all. This was with wearing comparable layers of clothing. Anyone else notice this inconsistency?

The cooling doesn't work in my backs, either. Very frustrated with how poorly engineered these systems are, especially since I passed on Recaros specifically for cooled seats.

No vibration for me.

A bit late of a reply but I had this exact issue. Passenger seat was intermittently vibrating. Took it to the dealer and they found the AC motor underneath the seat wasn't strapped down fully. The service report says they just took a zip tie and tied it down. No issues since.
