Boardkat is correct. My wheels are vastly different offsets front to rear. But the fronts do work with 315 Rival S no problem. :)
No clearance issues with my MCS and I have not modified my upper strut mount hole. Spindle is pulled out all of the way for clearance and I am still able to get -3.2 degrees of camber.

maybe my assumption is incorrect on your front offset then aaron - is it more than 20mm difference? as i said, i needed 30mm difference F/R to clearance the A7/rival s without plate spacers to get the struts out of the way (no perch interference with that setup). -3.2 is about where i ended up with spindles pulled and the plates on the 2nd to last hash mark before strut tower interference, - and i wanted more. i've got about -3.7 now with them maxed - still wish i could -4.0 though, to see if it makes a difference!

A - Because getting proper diameters tires is cheaper than changing the final drive.
B - 285/305 would probably work as a max size FS fitment. Don't believe a 305 will work up front with FS legal offset & suspension.
C - Car looks odd with small diameter tires.

A. How many sets of 18" tires do you have to buy before you pay for that diff gear change compared to buying 19" tires. $200/set difference.

B. You are in the wrong thread.

C. When it's lowered 18s look fine to me.

A - Pay attention (to your own statement) - we're not talking about 18's
[a Bridgestone rep said 285 was as wide as they were going] In 18s yes.

305/30/19s coming.
B - Valid point, but the Mustang autocross tire market isn't super big. We need to stick together to help get good tire sizes. Remember 305/35-19 is the stock GT350 rear size.
C - Opinions vary

No aero allowances for the S550 yet, since there's no Laguna Seca Boss on the same line as the S550 (I'm assuming S197 and S550 won't be on the same line) to get the aero from. I do plan on putting an *SP legal trunklid spoiler on, but that'll be the extent of additional aero I can do in ESP for now.
How will that play out with GT350 Panels?

gratuitous action shot from the tour; pleased with the minimal body roll, even though i'm still stuck on rear lowering springs:

So this is the car with 315s all around?

I've been hillclimbing an '04 Mach 1 since '07. However, in August, I wrecked it and am in search of another car. The reason I'm in this thread is because I am considering a '16(I'm still up in the air about building another '99-'04). 315s are an absolute MUST to hillclimb with.

Are you getting any rubbing inside fender wells? I'm assuming the liners have been removed.

Reading thru the thread, seems like you're having an issue with spring rates on bumpy courses. This will be an issue on a lowered car in hillclimbing. What spring rate are you using up front? Did I read correctly that you're using a 1600lb in the rear?

Street Mod has been where I resided and I'm not sure where I'll wind up.
