Yeah for that price I would rather get a SS 1le since its 9k less than the mach 1 with the only negative being the visibility. Most CAMC cars are not even full-blown cars. To run FS competitively (and get around the wheel thing), you now need a GT350, Mach 1 or SS 1LE.
I just realized your avatar pic was taken at MSRH. If you are in Houston, C'mon out to our NExt event next sunday at Houston Police Academy. Come grab some rides CAM.Out of curiosity, why dont I see many people running in STU for SCCA autocross?
F street is a bit too limited on the wheels.
CAM-C is too balls to the wall for what I want to do with the car.
Are mustangs/camaros just uncompetitive in that class?
Ive met you before. I really would need to get a daily driver or a truck before I would even consider if I wanna go into CAM or get an SS 1le.I just realized your avatar pic was taken at MSRH. Im kinda debating for now throwing some 200TW on the stock 18x8s for now.Ah, Now it's clicking. Yes. STU locally is not the place to be. Just come play in CAM. Heck Ben is running CAM with a tuned V6.
Well, David moved out of the country (or is moving out of the country) so he is a non-factor now. I still say come out and play in CAM (of course I'm in X, but not because I'm a good driver).Im kinda debating for now throwing some 200TW on the stock 18x8s for now.
Ive been roughly 3 seconds off David in his camaro the past few events. Granted experience is playing a big part too.
Nathan in the other mustang got the khumo cheater 200tw tires and did his alignment which seemed to help him get in fighting range with david this last event.
