I had the same issue... So if your temps go down on the deceleration... you still have air pockets. One thing I didn't even think to check when I had issues was to turn the heater the max temp and let it run while burping the hoses. I must have had a lot of air in the heater core. Mine now runs around 190 sitting in a long drive through line and 80 degrees outside.SO I had my buddy who knows what hes doing bleed the line to make sure there were no bubbles. Still the exact same CHT as before the swap. 200-210 on normal driving on a 70 degree day. Oh well, not sure what to do next. I guess just be content with the OEM temps?
