I'll be upgrading my toe link to knuckle bushing to the Ford performance version when it warms up. I figured I may as well upgrade the toe link itself while I'm at it, even though I have the PP upgraded link.

I enjoy researching these type upgrades, especially on a No-Football weekend, so I thought I'd share my results.

Unless it's track duy car exclusively none of them are an upgrade for the street but if I had to pick one I'd get voodoo for the PTFE lining and looks.

The FP toe link to knuckle bushing is a nice upgrade.
But to be honest, judging my your sig I don't see a spherical lower control arm bearing upgrade, and (for me) that would be much better money spent than changing the toe links themselves.
The toe links (with the FP bushing upgrade) are pretty decent and don't really need upgraded unless it's a high use track car. Unless you are doing it mainly for visual appearance reasons.

I put on BMR's and they soon made a rattling sound as the bearings were sticking. I switched to J&M and have no issues for over a year. I'm a fan of J&M products.

I 'd like to swap out the control arm bearing but I'm not ready to disassemble my rear end quite that much. If I change springs, I'd likely pull the control arm off and have the bushing replaced.

"High Track use", sadly, only 3 weekends per year. I agree that upgrading the toe link is not a Big return on investment, perhaps even imperceptible to a infrequent weekend warrior like me. So, I continue to weight that investment. Its just nice to get it done while its apart and I have to take it in for a re-alignment anyway. That is the main driver for me on the toe link.

Do you think these 2 have a common origin?

Not a track car "exclusively", but I do road course HPDE and Like to have the car perform best it can. As noted in the post above, the toe link upgrade by itself is likely not even perceptible to a guy with my level of experience. But that doesn't stop us "modders" from spending the money anyway, does it.

I have the MMR's. They don't even give you the bolt. Would've gone Voodoo if I had seen them even at the higher price. Very nice.

Yah, I was kind of surprised MMR didn't include Bolts and lockout washers. But they are $120 less than the VooDoo version. I can find 10.9 grade bolts and some square washers for the MMR's.
