Yeah, it all adds up lol. I can get 1st up to 43 and 2nd up to 73 now. I like 3.31s a lot better with a SC.
Much better than what I'm getting. I'm sure I'll end up there or at the least 3.55's.

I'm not saying that they are bad or can't be trusted. They have always been stand up with me. But, when I review my logs and other logs, mine is tame. When Whipple's tune has a better A/F and more timing, it makes me wish that I went with their tune. Now, if I am wrong, I will apologize in my comparison dyno/trap speeds post that is coming. But, their tune is clearly safe however, I'm looking for performance. I honestly think that it is a good idea for consumers to learn to read logs.
We run 17 degrees of timing, max. And Lambda converted A/F of around 11.5:1. On 93 octane, we make just shy of 700whp with that. Cam timing plays a HUGE roll in getting these cars to live. We don't tune on the edge, and we always leave a margin of safety. That's just smart. When a customer gets a bad tank of fuel, we don't have to worry about it coming apart. :) Lund isn't going to do anything to jeopardize your engine. We stand behind them on that philosophy.

There's another 50whp in timing with our systems. Thankfully, we don't have to tune on the edge to make our numbers. :)

Yeah, mine is 16.8 with a A/F around 11.1:1 and knock is always -2.998. I tried a 32 oz can of VP octanium earlier with 5 gallons of 93 just to see if anything would adjust, nope. It's fine though, it will all be adjusted soon. 11.5:1 is solid, I like the KB kit a lot! If I hadn't of gone with whipple, I would have gone with KB.

Just defining "fast". 2 days is not fast, about average or below average for ticket response. Ticket solving can take a while, but the lack of response after 2 days isn't fast. Looking at a CSV sheet takes about 10 seconds, then saying hey no need to worry, we'll get back to you within 3-5 business days. Keep in mind they did make activity in the ticket, I assume they looked at it. Benefit of the doubt is they quickly reviewed and didn't see anything bad, just didn't respond. I don't feel like I have to explain myself here. 2 days for a response on anything isn't "fast".

No one asked you to explain yourself.. Just saying that 2 days when someone has hundreds of customers at one time isn't "slow". Some folks expect faster service and that's fine. Just respond in the ticket and say it's urgent. They'll probably give you something quickly. If there was something gravely wrong with the tune, they would have told you not to drive the car.

I agree. But that is the way most of the Etune guys work. So if I go this route I will send data them put car on jack stands and schedule some suspension mods. :) With my luck I will put car on jack stands and they will get right back to me.

One thing I would be really interested in seeing is a Roush phase one kit with a custom tune. Everyone is saying the roush tune is really conservative. The only one I know to modify the Roush kit is doodguy, but he has a pulley, injectors, and multiple other supporting mods. Anyone just get a 3rd party tune?

I have the roush phase one. Or I did. It didn't last a couple weeks. I went with a 79mm pulley id1000, bap and longtube headers with a Lund tune. Couldn't be happier with the choice I made. I haven't dynoed it yet so Idk what the numbers would be

With that you should be right about 650rwhp

No wait time with the Whipple tune. No sending logs back and forth. And my 15 is faster than my pops '14 750hp Roush car from 20 to 130. I literally loaded the Whipple tune and it was completely ready to go. For me, data logging back and forth for an extra 40 or 50 horse (if we could get that) wasn't worth the time.
