It is not that hard to do. I would trust you to do it over a dealer. There is a write up about this I believe on Roush website.

Not if you are using a tuner as I am.

Yea I have no tuner yet and am willing to try the stock phase 2 tune before going with a custom tune.

Had a friend do it for me for very cheap. Took like 2 hrs and applied the Lund tune right afterwards. Never looking back.

I bet he's quoting install for a full kit, not a stage 1 to stage 2 upgrade.
