Just wanted to put out some temps from my newly installed Roush Max Cooling kit. I took the car out today the temp outside was mid 40's today. My IAT2 was around 100-105 idling and 85-90 while driving. It did get to around 100 when I hammered it a few times. Tomorrow is supposed to be mid 60's here so I am definitely going to be taking the car out and post some more temps with a warmer day.

Overall I am really happy with the results before I was seeing 120-130 idling, 100-120 while driving and around 120-130 while getting on it.

Where in NY? I was at a track out on LI, but didn't see numbers that low.

Roush kit provides additional coolant cooling capacity, as well as better heat extraction from underhood area, right? 😁

I live upstate near Rochester, I took the car out today and drove around for about an hour with a mix of idling and cruising my temps stayed around 110-120 for the majority of the time. The only time it creeped up was when I was sitting still at the Starbucks drive thru haha.

That killer chiller is putting in some work! I thought about going that route but I like the fender vents on the roush cooling kit and the dealership hooked me up with a great deal.

Thought mine were ok but maybe not. I had them installed at the same time so had nothing to compare them to. Maybe there is air int he system like mentioned in the other thread.

It was very windy here today gusts up to 60 so if I was driving into it I'm sure that may have helped a bit. I saw your post on the other thread I feel like those numbere are not to bad. The real test is going to be the hotter days this summer to see how it holds up. I also plan on putting a gt500 style bumper on it soon so maybe that will have some increased airflow to help as well.

Yes, I am hoping its warmer when I go to the next event in April. Driving around the city toady it was 45-55 and iat2 was between 100-118.

Wonder if it will help. I actually really like the look of the bumper with the black corner pockets though. I have been thinking about getting a gt500 style hood. Haveing that big vent right over the supercharger couldn't hurt.

The Cervini GT500 hood looks like it would help a lot with some heat dissipation, I'm thinking about picking one of those up myself maybe that will a project for this winter.

Phenolic spacers and while the lower is out wrap bottom of mani with a sheet of manifold insulation. Prevention goes along way
