So if I were to buy a supercharger from you I can send my PCM to you and you would return it back to stock before you add your tune ? The reason I ask is because I don't have my stock file anymore ( don't ask :( ) I just have a custom tune in my PCM and no stock file to put it back to stock with .. Or would I have to take it to the dealer and use the IDS tool to put my stock file back in before I sent you the PCM ?
Doesn't matter what is there when we or Roush flash, we can flash over. But for custom tunes with Sct, HP, etc it had to be a stock file therefore if our customers want to go do there own thing, we can put back to stock so it's an easy conversion.

Okay I tried to go into manual session and typing in the tear tag, but when I go to module programming it says that you cannot do this because you are in a manual session.

If you Manual ID the vehicle it won't let you do any programming you have to start a new session go into module programming then into PMI and then unplug the vcm it then should be able to enter as built data

Pcm does not show up on pmi or when you go to as built.

So between sct and roush I have got no where. Sct put me on hold for 3 hours and roush told me basically when I have been trying to do. Seems like know one knows.

Damn man I'm sorry I tried
It's cool thanks for the help. Guess I'm just going to have to wait it out until more people get custom tunes or just buy another pcm. Or wait until the phase 2 comes out. But then again I have a 300 dollar programmer and 450 dollar tune that I can't use. Pretty disappointing.

Did you try the roush program like we talked about ? Or calling them? I can't believe sct kept you on hold that long they have always been good to me

Yes I called them about it and they also told me I could reprogram it through the ids but wouldn't explain how. Then they told me to contact hotline about it?! if everyone is saying it can be done through ids then I'm doing something wrong I just don't know what.
I'll try and call sct again tom surely they have been getting the same question or similar.

I feel for you man. I have been through everything that you have just said over the past few months and arrived at the exact same place. You can't get that tune on your car once roush has flashed it. Im sure sooner or later somebody will figure it out but as of now I also have 450 dollars invested in this tune that just sits on the shelf in the garage going on 4 months now.

Has anyone confirmed if the Roush tune can be overwritten with an NGauge?

I have spent hours on hold with sct and got nowhere. The roush rep gave me a direct number to a couple of the roush tech guys and that also was a dead end. Seems strange that roush, Lund, or any vendors excluding the whipple rep have not made one comment on this thread in regards to two paying customers who are having issues with this.
