I’m very new to the platform and looking for feedback. Just bought a slightly used 2020 GT. The only mods I’ve seen are an intake. However I noticed that the car rev matches while downshifting. Is this a standard feature on the 2020. Or did someone tune this thing? Thanks in advance

Standard feature on manuals starting in 2019. It can be turned off in the dash menu if you prefer it off.

Yes Ford has rev matching enabled from the factory, 1st thing I did on the wife's car was Turn It Off before we left the parking lot, Even she thought it was annoying as f***

I have always rev-matched myself and have gotten pretty good at it in a number of cars, but damn the rev match functionality on these cars is good. and FAST. the PCM can stab the throttle faster than I can, let alone getting it perfect every time. On the street, whatever. But on the track as much as I don't want to like it (purist) its really nice that a missed rev-match under braking doesn't upset the rear of the car.

I hate the fact that I love the rev-matching feature...as others have said, it's so quick and perfect, i just leave it on

No it doesn't. It was added in 2019.
I believe it wasn't actually introduced in the calendar year of 2019, but rather in the 2019 model - in which case you might have it if your car was produced in the second half of 2018.

Indeed, but that's because it cheats. :)
Even if you stab the throttle as fast and hard as required to get the same reaction, you won't always get it, because of the way the electronic throttle response is programmed. The PCM can rev the hell out of the engine in a split second when it wants to, but it won't allow you to do the same - at least not every time.
So, if you find you can't always seem to stab the throttle as fast and nicely as you'd like... it's not you, it's the car.

This is likely true. Ford doesn't always just switch production changes on at all cars produced with a particular model year designation. Sometimes it is dependent on supplies going to the production line. Old product like the MT82s without the gear position sensor are gone when gone and the new feature kicks in when the new part does. There were a number of 1998 Mustangs running around with PI motors that were significantly faster than the regular 2V pigs at the time.

I love it! One of the cool things about the car IMO. The Camaro version is pretty good also.

As others have noted; standard feather on '19 and up. And maybe some late '18's, from the sound of it.

It's a godsend for daily driving, and a nice safety net for the track.
