Rev Limiter

My redline is set at 7200 rpm.
What rpm does the rev limiter kick in, and does it stutter or just cut power?

The M1 redline is set to 7,400 rpm. It doesn't bounce off the limiter it just cuts power for me (Just like the power is cut during No-lift shift)

Mine just cut of power. I've increased the cutoff limit to 8000 rpm. I like a good buffer.
