Me, too. Three times, in writing. Guess what was needed to be removed from the back of the car before I could take delivery....
Tell them you would agree to run the sticker on the car for a 6 month period if they knocked 2000.00 off the car. Advertising is NOT cheap. :D

I told the dealership to NOT put a decal on my car. I think I hurt their feelings. :D :headbang:
Yeah I didn't care about my dealerships feelings. Took us 10 hours to seal the deal. I was so hungry I was shaking. Did it write at the end of the lot, no remorse.

Despite often falling short, I try to always be considerate of others' feelings, as I hope they are considerate of mine. My dealership representative has always gone above and beyond in our dealings. The 2016 Mustang is the third Ford we have bought from him, and I wasn't going to ask him to leave the dealership sticker off. Just as easy for me to take it off myself at home, and then seek the collective genius of this forum to help me remove the adhesive residue.

No dealer's decal

When I ordered my Premium Convertible...as I was listing the options...I started to say "no dealer decal"...sales rep smiled and finished my statement.
He said they never put a dealer decal on any Mustang! The prep people got tired of having to remove the decal when the new owners saw it.

Mine was only on very gently and probably would have just fallen off itself, made taking it off a breeze!

Sounds like my dealership experience. What should've been a quick easy sale was drug out due to their incompetence and technical difficulties. My drive home wasn't enjoyable at all due to a headache caused by caffeine withdrawal and hunger.

I had a chance to eat lunch, but I declined thinking I'd be out there quick.

Luckily my dealer had half a brain and didn't put decals on the car. Only license plate frames (as it should be), AND they didn't drill the front bumper. Didn't have to request that, salesman said he wasn't going to do it anyway. :clap2:
