So, the dealer installed a front license plate on my car while I was sleeping, when they were supposed to call me before hand for a time that is good for me. I emailed them Friday night or Saturday sometime, telling them that I won't need the installation, because I bought a sto and sho. My question is, will I be able to repair this at some point in the future if I want to? Or will replacing the bumper be my only real choice to fix it?

You can either have a body shop fill/sand/paint it, or cheaper option would just get some color matched plugs.

How do you "remove" a hole? Somethings already been removed ;)

Go with Varekai's advice above. :)

bumperplugs.com..... I had a friend who bought a 15' V6 on a dealer trade and the trading dealer for some reason installed the front plate. He bought a set of DIB plugs from them and before installing sanded the outer part of the hole a bit to make it more flush. They look great.

I went through the same thing.. I ended up buying (Autozone) Dorman part #799-140..then spray painted the plugs white.. (I'm Oxford).. Had to trim the anchors a bit to make them fit as the drilled hole was *only* 1/8 inch.. Looks better than having two weird holes in my bumper.
My estimate for a complete repair - to pull the nose and completely repair the holes and match the paint was $775.00+/-.
