You know the non memory seats have a handle on the back side that disengages the seat back so you can pull it forward? Then when you push the seat back it remembers where your seat back is.
Sweet, I would love to know more about this!

I found that out with my Recaros. Pretty cool.

Not a regret as much as a complaint, wish you could get the my color gauges in the base model GT. Didn't want the big touch screen, have it already in my 2014 Explorer sport, don't care for it, wife loves it though. Wish there would be an aftermarket option for just the red shift light for the gauges. Also the rear bumper if its not a premium is just one piece so getting a quad tip exhaust is going too cost a little more, so stupid to make that different. Other than that I'm happy.

Really? I dunno Brent. My passenger seat is electronic. I'll check it out tho just to make sure I'm not missing out on anything. Thx.
Ya, the handle in the back will move the seat back forward, but does nothing for the seat base. So if your seat is not far enough forward to begin with, it is a pain to get the rear passenger in as you also have to move the seat base forward with the seat controls.

That said the 'easy entry' option (I assume it moves the seat base forward when you put the seat back forward?), while more convenient, really shouldn't be that much faster, as in both cases the power seat has to move forward and at the same speed.

i dont trade cars in on a yearly basis, but my avg car ownership lasts 3 years. i was hoping to keep this one for 5 years, but i'm sure ill get the itch in 3-4 like the last time i thought i was going to keep the subaru for 10.
I was surprised to go through my own history recently (all 40 years of car ownership) and discover that I have averaged not much over two years per car. Scary. I owned one Mustang for 7-1/2 years, and a Mountaineer for 7, then my MKZ for 5, but several cars for just over a year and that is really hard on the average.

I don't know. I should keep this Mustang until I can no longer fold into the driver seat. But we'll see how life goes.

i was just guessing before, but to my surprise, i actually avg 2.28 years. 7 cars over 16 years, if i count the time i had a daily driver/weekend warrior setup. avg 2.66 years/car if i don't count it.

Ironically, this topic was on the AZ news this morning. They reported that the average length of ownership nowadays is 12 years, with many people reaching 200,000 miles. I was floored when I heard that. Top makers that last that long were Honda and Toyota.

Not getting the GT first. Went from a S197 5.0 to the new EcoBoost and just wasn't feeling it past the honeymoon phase.

With regards to my new '15 GT: I wish I had gotten the 3.55 gears, but that's it. Otherwise, I have every option I really wanted on it!

Why do you wish for the 3.55s?

Quicker ET for manual transmission, more pick up and go vs 3.15 gears.

I regret not having the red leather premier trim trim on my silver EcoBoost premium. This would have meant ordering the car, but the deal offered on my in-stock, end of year unit was too good to pass on. Also regret not having the rear, ultrasonic parking sensors.

Standard axle for GT manual is 3.31. When I bought mine there was another one around with 3.55s and a few other options I didn't want/need. Nearly got that one because it was right down the street. I'm glad I didn't. I only wish I had waited for one with the PP.

1. Regret I didn't order it earlier.
2. Regret not getting the 3.55 gears.
