Have to disagree. I understand all of your points, but the split-screen with a map on one side and a 3D graphic display of which way to turn on the other side is super-duper helpful when you're trying to figure the right way to get out of branching highway exits (where it, say, exits on the left and then splits off onto the right after the exit but before hitting surface streets or another highway) and when you're trying to find the right road to turn on in a 6-or-7 way intersection. And being able to listen to music through Sirius or USB while still getting voice controls (rather than using a cell phone where the voice controls only sound if you have the phone connected listening over Bluetooth) is a godsend.Ultimately these built in nav user experiences are so inferior to Google that it becomes a case of not only paying too much, but of living with something with a tangibly reduced quality of service to boot.
