I think it's cool they watch the forum for complaints but wish they did it out in the open instead of secretly. If they are going to address common complaints it would be nice if some rep on here could tell everyone "we are aware of XYZ and looking into it."

I think the public face of Ford on this board is "Tricia" from Ford service. I still like the undercover agents (if they exist) simply because some posters would blast them anytime there was issues or some of the fan boys would never give open and honest feedback.

Im sure there are Ford employees on this board that are involved with the project that arent even supposed to be associated with this forum. I bet there have been people on here from Ford that completely agree with some of the complaints we might have and wish they could simply reply "the bean counters or lawyers made us do it"..

During a tour of the new Mustang at Ford WHQ back in April with the Brand Manager for Mustang, he told us that the Mustang Team pays a lot of attention to all of the Mustang forums and are very pleased with their record on addressing the common complaints raised on forums. He specifically mentioned Mustang6G. He was particularly pleased that they have been able to keep costs under control while addressing such a high number of concerns.

Don't know if anyone else here caught it, but at the Mustang Heroes Banquet last Friday, during Dave Pericak's presentation he went through the "Top Ten Things to do Every Morning". I don't remember all of them, but number one was to "think of new ways to make the 2015 Mustang the best ever".

But one of the others on his list (don't remember what number) was to "check www.mustang6g.com to see what is new with Mustang"!

Pretty good endorsement! I figure if Dave Pericak checks mustang6g.com to see what is up with Mustang, then it would be worth checking out!
