How do you store your Mustang's records and history? I usually get a metal binder and leave the owners manual wrapped as everything can be found electronically.

Any other ideas?

I scan everything for storage and keep track of maintenance and fuel in an excel document

A binder is a good idea. I have started scanning my service records and password-protecting them in a .rar file and emailing them to myself as well.

I store all mine in a 1700 square foot house, an attached garage, the interior of 2 cars and an occasional coat pocket. :p

I was planning on keeping a binder, but now I'm thinking about putting it all on my Google drive. Accessible anywhere, I can share it if I want, and won't get lost of destroyed. I may end up doing both.

I just discovered "my garage" on the Ford site which tracks all the maintenance history from dealers....pretty cool actually.

If you plan on storing long term, seal the paperwork individually in acid free plastic covers.

Hummm...

Damn I guess I better change my ways. I've always driven Ford trucks that I trade in every 4 years, so never kept sh*t.
Now that I will be owing a keeper car, with some value down the road I best keep track.

I just cram it all in the glove compartment. Is that wrong?

I have all my paperwork in a folder in my filing cabinet, just like all my other cars. I've kept more than normal this time, the brochures and I got a 50 years of mustang special booklet from the dealer, which I've not yet opened.

For maintenance, I use an app on my phone that keeps all the fill and service info I plug into it. Of course, Ford has a good tracking site as well.
