Reasonable whipple install price?

I don't have the time, tools or know how to install a whipple. Don't wanna screw it up on my own. For those that paid for an install, what did you end up paying? Best I could find here in Houston was $1,400 which included a before and after dyno. Is that in the reasonable ballpark?

1400 is about right, I'd tell ya we have free installation on Whipple and VMP for the next month and we've had guys in TX come here but... it is far! lol

We can do an install for you here and include OPG/ Crank Sprocket install if need be for that extra safety

Around 1400 to 1500 is normal. Most shops can do it in a day but sometimes you run into things you are not expecting.

From experience, I say stick to a local shop (even if it's more expensive), because when you need them, they're right there.

Also check with Whipple for Houston Whipple installers.

Just depends on the shop.. level of service before AND after the install, quality of work, and that shop's overhead. Plenty of factors.

We charge between 12-1600 for most supercharger installs.. Just depends on the odds and ends. We can't do them for free, though. ;)

We charge between $1000-$1400 depending on the car. Whipple is usually on the higher end of that range, very nice kit, but has a lot of odds and ends.

If you want to take a vacation and have your car worked on, no better place than Miami(South Beach, Beautiful Women, Great Weather(well sometimes))...Just Sayin...
