With the rear spring swap, there seems to be two different methods. Steeda instrucrions show dropping the subframe and Ford shows dropping the control arm.

Which way is easiest? What do you guys do? The subframe seems easier to me. Thoughts?

I guess if you do the subframe, you still need to loosen and retighten the the control arm bolts to clock the bushings?

Well, I just finished installing rear springs, shocks and sway bar on my 20. I pulled the cradle bolts. Pulling the LCA would be much more difficult. Also, I dont think you would need to re-clock the bushings if you dont take the bolts out of the arm.

Loosen subframe was easiest for me. Your results may vary.
As I've done homework while waiting on replies, it seems this is the way everyone does it. In fact, I think the FP instructions is the only place I saw dropping the control arm. It even seems much harder.
