I hope Ford did a better job assembling and insulating these areas on the S650. I had a cheap Kia rental last year that was a wet noodle to drive, but was a lot more tightly built on the interior (no rattles).
To me it's not a matter of being tightly built. They just had some pressure point areas which they most likely did not think would cause ambient noise. It's not like the thing is a rattle trap. It was just these faint buzzing noises that would come and go with increase and decrease in temperature. The FPC engine on the Shelby does vibrate more. Frankly I am very pleased overall with the quietness of the cabin especially on long road trips. It was just the frequency, pitch, tone, whatever you want to call it that bugged me.

Dealing with the same on my 2022. Hesitant on taking it to the dealer because I fear they’re gonna cause more damage than they are able to fix..

yeah, i've heard of minimal success taking it to a dealership. I was able to resolve mine but not without a lot of tearing apart panels and reading forum threads.
