My 2020 GT500, extremely low miles, had a leak from the differential area. After climbing underneath I found what appears to be the source of the leak. The top differential cooler line, adapter fitting into the differential cover. I called my local dealership to schedule an appointment and I was told it was 3 weeks until they could even look at it.

Forget waiting on the dealer, so I found a thread(s) where the person had a similar issue and showed the part number for the adapter fitting. I ordered one and hopefully fixed the issue myself. You can see the broken o-ring on the inside of the old adapter fitting. When I put the new fitting in and re-installed the cooler line it did not want to easily line up with the hole and go in. I wonder if that’s how the original was damaged, forcing the cooler line in and nicking the internal o-ring.

Yep, that is the culprit and that fitting will fix your problem.

Been there, done that.

I just noticed a stain on my garage floor and it looks like my 2019 GT350 has this same issue.
