Transmission Cooler leak

Just curious if anyone else has experienced a hole in their transmission cooler? it was a pain in the a** to find a replacement. Car guy says a rock must have got stuck—and vibrated until creating a hole—sounds fishy to me—but you guys are the experts—sound legit?

I’ve had two of them fail now. (Daily driver). First at 900 miles. Second at 7k. Ford replaced them, no issues. Parts arrived in 2 days and they had me done on day 3 both times. Second time, when they called ford, and mentioned it was #2, ford told them to replace the lines to and from all the way.

Looks like you can add me to the list of transmission cooler leaks. Found transmission fluid under the front of the car. Not sure if it’s the cooler or the lines but the leak is definitely by the cooler. I will update this once I call to and get her into the dealership.
