Was able to finally complete my CB005 kit install today, this time it took me less than 20 minutes to finish both sides. Also notice there is no gap between the frame & bracket mounting point; hence no need for washer(s) or shim(s). I guess I'm one of the lucky ones.
My question is how many miles to settle the new suspension before I get an alignment? Assuming it would not be any different from any other lowering kit but I just want to make sure.
The front currently sits @ 27" with the rear sitting @ 28.5". I also have MM Caster / camber plates installed so the drop may be more after the springs settle. Easily raised back up probably 1/8" when the CC plates are finally adjusted properly.
Again, loving this set up...took the car to Angeles Forest this afternoon & the car handles like a go kart on roids now. Excellent work!
