Question about supercharger

2019 GT shadow black and 18 dodge caravan
I ordered the Beefcake special stage 2 from them. I originally put on the order I wanted the Paxton as it’s got more potential. I never bothered opening the box they sent me, which now I feel like a idiot. I just brought everything to the shop to have it installed. Today I finally was able to look at it and it says vortech v3 jT. Is that the same as the Paxton or is it the smaller one not capable of producing the same hp as the Paxton? I’m trying to talk to Beefcake but I’m being ignored. Any advice is appreciated

Your probably not being ignored. Its Sunday. I’m sure you’ll be able to get ahold of them tomorrow. He’s on here regularly and being ignored isn’t something that ever gets posted.

V3JT is the Paxton 2200sl. They joined (I think vortech bought paxton). The v3jt is just a rebaged paxton 2200sl. There are some differences in the other models (search on here by beefcake) and you can find them; but again v3jt=paxton 2200sl.

No, I agree with you. He’s always responded to my questions. It’s just very frustrating finding all this out on Sunday. It was my stupidity for not checking everything sooner.

When I opened mine I did the same thing, but it was during the week and called them. Terry is great and very helpful.

Yes, he’s been very helpful and has always answered my questions.

Btw after you installed yours what rwhp did you end up with? I have a 19 gt and everything is stock besides the jlt cai and I got 659 rwhp. I’m just curious what everyone else’s numbers are with the same setup.

Only dynoed on e85, I think I was 750ish.

So did you get the fore fuel system? The dual pump one? If you got that with e85 I’d think you’d get a lot more then 750. I’m on a stock motor besides the jlt cai and I’m getting 659. I’d hate to think spending all the extra cash on the fuel system I’d only get 100 more hp.

Well I hate to tell you, but the cost per hp curve is not linear. Dual pump fore system. I did not push the blower past max rpm, upgraded instead. It probably had more in it, but went to the JTB instead.
