I am surprised at the results so far. I was anticipating more people w/o problems. As it stands...

30 total with problems 46%
35 total without problems 54%

46 total with problems 42%
63 total without problems 58%

On one hand I am very sorry for all the guys that have problems / issues with their car. On the other hand I am very glad Ford is noticing these problems and working on fixing them. This highly increases the chance of the Euro-Mustangs having far less problems with quality issues.

My car was built on 11/24/14 and I have zero issues. Happy and enjoy full 2200 miles.

No hood slamming needed. Trunk closes and doesn't have to be slammed. All panel gaps and alignments are perfect. This is my 3rd Mustang in the last 13 years. Those other 2 were SVT cars and I had zero manufacturing issues on those as well, including a convertible.

Hope the ones with issues get them all fixed to you liking as this car is such a joy to own and drive.

How many miles til the brakes stop squiling. ..it only happens when I first brake then goes away but I didn't know if this was a on going issue that doesn't go away or if it eventually stops. Something I need to go to ford about?

I looked at the data a little differently this morning. Adding up the percentages we can see how many of us have each engine type. SMALL sample size, obviously, but I wonder what the current sales numbers show? I personally thought the v6 and EB would be a little closer to one another...

GT - 62%
EB - 23%
v6 - 15%

So I just noticed that my left tailpipe is lower than the right - Has anyone else had this issue on their cars?

From over 7,000 members did 132 vote. Would be interesting to see how many of us got already a Mustang. Around 50% of GT and EB owners but only - but still - 30% V6 owners had issues at delivery. If I remember that right, V6 Mustangs started production after GT and EB what explains a bit the better quality I think.

The BLEND date of the cars would be interesting to see too.

I'm just lurking here for now -so my view is counted -- but since I don't have a car yet... I've been considering going to a dealer to order pretty far from me that's better reviewed than most dealerships around me. I need to work out the logistics -- I have a draft email in the works to go out to a bunch so I can see who is willing to do what, etc. It will really suck if when the car I order is delivered it has issues, and I'm out the time to get there, out the money for the car, wait two months for it, and on and on. I'm not apathetic, I'm hanging on the fence to see how things are panning out, daydreaming about my car, trying to decide on a color, etc. I'm glad there's a thread like this, so I have at least some visibility over what risk I'll be taking...
