This really rings true...and participate in polls like this... As it stands, this thread has been viewed 1,000 times with only 77 votes. Less than 8% participation  I know some don't have their car and other views come from multiple visits, but still!! How hard is it to click one choice? This is my biggest surprise - for lack of a better term - apathy.Exactly why it is good to post (and participate in) polls like this. So the larger perspective can be sampled. It's certainly not a scientific sampling, but it does help to show a more realistic perspective on what percentage of cars have no issues vs. with them.
If after a large enough response has been made and it showed that say 85% of Mustang owner's on these forums reported 'Perfect', that would give me a better feeling than what I have gotten reading the forums to date. I was starting to feel (however irrational) that my odds of having non minor issue(s) on my 2/27 sched. build convertible V6 were more than 50%. Unless my perception changes significantly I'm planning to drive the 1.5 hours to my dealer alone when it is ready. Planning to spend whatever time is needed to go over the car closely with my 'list'. I would be leaving the dealer with the list of fixes to be done (and not leaving 'with my new car') before I paid and accepted possession. Saves me the pressure of being there with my wife and feeling the need to take the car then and there. I'll see how I feel as the time gets closer.
