It sounds like my fenders should be shipping out soon from Carbon Dynamics too so hopefully I can just wait until those are painted before putting everything back together. I also ordered some more Steeda goodies including the Tri-Ax shifter and trans bushing insert. Look for a full install thread once it comes in.

Diode RGBW + Sequential gills, changing the chrome to gloss black, leaving the amber reflector in and I'll do the Diode plug-n-play Demon eyes when released.

Shift knob from Anarchy is done, headlights are being shipped out tomorrow. I should have a lot of new pics in a week or two with it all back together. The fenders and front bumper will probably be on in another month or so once I get everything so I only have to take apart the front end again once.

Can't wait to see it all together. Leave a full review of the lights, this is something i would really like to do but finding someone to do it is always a challenge. Though mine is a DD so not simple. Also the fenders are gonna look badass imo

My S2000 had a knob that I actually did burn my palm on before. Top down in the summer wasn't friendly for shifting. Thankfully I have a roof on this car and won't sit in too much in the sun.

The lights are shipping back to me this week so I'll have a full install when I put them back in. I recommend Retro Shop. The longest wait has just been waiting on the Diode boards to get built. If you ordered the boards and had them in hand before you sent the lights, he can turn them around pretty quick but you're still looking at having the car down for a week at least once you include shipping time. I'm going to go ahead and get the car back together before the fenders arrive so I can try to get some pics if weather will cooperate.
