Please post some pictures of the H adjuster and where it attaches.
If by "H adjuster" you mean height (not horizontal), the height adjusters can be seen if you look down at the top back end of the headlight housing. If you raise the hood, there is a hole in the top of the fender flange near the front of the fender where you can stick a Phillips screw driver down and actuate the adjuster.

I think my headlights work great. I only get an occasional flash from other drivers unfamiliar with today's technology.

Are you the ford bean counter that took our adjuster?

The manual is accurate for the height adjuster.

Edit: the left/right is not going to impact oncoming cars, that's the height adjustment.
No Stoli. Some of us bought cars here in US with left headlight pointed WAY left into oncoming traffic to where the light would have to be pointed wayyy too far down to be usable. When you crest hills the oncoming drivers flash you.
I had to aim mine so far down its Freakn useless.

NHSTA is getting complaints about NEW Mustangs blinding drivers and dealers are too. Ford needs to get ahead on this and offer adjusters and eat the dealer time to pull fender liners or whatever to fix. Waste of time and money to put safety issue on consumers.

I hear Ford has emails internal about adding these back to 2016s. So what the heck FORD!

Its 2015! You dont ship cars without simply accessible vertical and horizontal adjustment! That is a design REQUIREMENT!

Is it possible that the horizontal dispersion is wide enough so as not to need adjusting? I.e. as long as the vertical is not too high for the left-hand headlight then it should not be a problem.

Just a thought.

Here's a thought - is the hid stepping correct on the rhd cars? When you are facing a wall is thr cutoff stepping up left to right, or right to left?
