I really can't seem to break 18.5ish, but I constantly got my top down while driving in Sport while in Track mode.... Could that be it or naw? Somewhat mixed driving, like 60-70% City, 40-30% Highway

I rented a new V6 Mustang Conv for a week. Had 116 miles on it. I only averaged 22 mpg but the top was down for most of the driving. Car was pretty gutless so I drove it easy.

I finally got my EB Premium Auto Convertible broken in. Just did a 500 mile trip to look at Fall colors. Average mpg: 34.4; City: 30.5. I use ACC on rural freeways and try to time signal lites in town. Couldn't be happier with EB efficiency.
Update: About 100 miles of that trip with the top down but windows up. Temps were in upper 60's. Bright Sun, so we didn't have to have the heater on.

I just moved and had my sister drive my car while I drove the moving truck. She pulled in with 26.2 mpg, which I forgotten to reset, but was around 23 combined when we left 700 miles prior.

My computer is pretty optimistic- about 1-2 mpg, it tells me I'm getting 31. Did you calculate the real mpg for the trip miles/gal ?

65/35 highway/city. I suspect it will go down dramatically now that I have an intake and exhaust.

I have 3k on my GTPP. Lifetime MPG displayed is 21.2 mpg. Each time I fill up, I hand calc the mileage and calc about 1/2 mpg less than the display. I also calc my average speed and its usually about 40 mph. My commute is mostly suburban highway, a lot of changing speed. I definitely have noticed that stop and go kills the economy.

weird i am only at 15 MPG and when i fill my tanks it only goes to 233. GTPP. But i know its wrong, sometimes it will drop to 100 then go back up to 140. I have not reset the trip since i bought the car which is probably why, i will reset when i get an oil change.

Just hit 15mpg today. Up from 7mpg on Tuesday haha. I have been idling a lot while toying with SYNC3 so mpg plummets when you do that.

I guess I wasn't paying attention, my recent average is actually 20MPG. Can't complain about that.

Update to my post earlier, out of the last 10 fill ups, my lowest MPG was 21.2, highest was 23.8.

Again, I have a GT Manual.

On second thought, I'm not worried now that I closely looked at it.

Over 4 hours and only 70 miles; yeah, no wonder I can barely ever break 20 mpg. :frusty:
