My computer is pretty optimistic- about 1-2 mpg, it tells me I'm getting 31. Did you calculate the real mpg for the trip miles/gal ?
I don't have all the fuel receipts from her yet, but when I do, I'll give an update.

Went on a 184-mile high powered jaunt Sunday and averaged 18.5 mpg. GT premium, auto, 3.55 rears. Today however was running late for work and didn't stop for gas. Went to the gas station at lunch. Good thing it was downhill from work! :lol:

2015 Mustang V6 Manual Trans...4k on the odo and I'm getting about 18city/25hwy. Not bad to me but crazy how GT's are pulling the same mpg as the V6's are...

I care about infotainment
Mine is now up to 18.2 MPG at 1000 miles so far. I bet that number should be higher but I need to replace an O2 sensor so I don't think the car is regulating fuel consumption as well as it should. Bet I could hit 20mpg once I get that replaced.

I'm averaging about 16. My commute to work daily is 15.5 miles and it is on highway, however bumper to bumper majority of the way. Anytime it does open up, I am too in love with matching revs and going to lower gear and blasting through RPMs until 4th and then repeat process. I'm sure I could get better if I chilled out and used 5th and 6th more, but what fun is that :D. For the one week that I actually attempted best mileage, I did get over 20 for a short while but that was without traffic. I've got about 2,500 miles on the vehicle and have reset the mpg once or twice.

Update - 2900 miles.

I've been checking my mileage recently ... while my mileage computer on the car keeps creeping up and sits at 25.6 presently (reset when I bought the car), my mathematical calculated MPG was 25.9 for the last tank.

With the first tank of gas from the dealer I managed 14.2 MPG city driving. Last tank has had a lot more traffic and idling (around 200 miles now) and I'm getting 13-something MPG.

At 11 miles now and average 22mpg. Will do a lot better on trips at constant speed, around 24-26mpg at 65-75mph.

At about 6000 miles away. Driving is about a 50% mix - Mostly drive in town or bumper to bumper but I've taken a few road trips on highway - at least 1000 miles doing that... My lifetime average (Not reset one of the counters since new) is 19.6.. Which is not bad. I don't ever seem to get the 28mpg on the highway though, but I drive 90% of the time in sport mode and love to thrash it between the lights... My old Celica gave me about the same MPG and that had less than half the power and a lot less weight.. So no complaints.

310 HP & Smiles @ pump !

After 16 previous Mustang V8s including a '12 Coyote 5.0,

My New 6G in Boost Version recorded- at ONLY 1K on the clock- a legit

38 FREEKIN MPGs..... over 75 miles on the way to the 2,000 car Cruise Night @ Patriot's Stadium this past June with my Cape Cod Mustang Club ..

Same to TASCA Ford Show in RI about 60 miles !

(admittedly, I was a soft-footed driver... on these runs :clap2::headbang::) )

( And, you know that is true if I could nurse 30MPGs out of my 2012 5.0 GT- And, yes, that was honest over 40 miles- I took a picture.. So, driving habits / style does MAJOR affect gas consumption... )
