Im at 1400 miles over the past 4 months, my computer says I have 11 mpg. I have yet to burn any tires, and I rarely red line. I dont feel like I drive it hard at all. It just doesn't have any freeway miles at all yet except short 1-5 mile trips.

Picked mine up last Friday. Have put 300 miles on it. 14mpg driving it fairly easy.

I literally get the worse MPG and I'm in a eco. I get around 19-21 combined . You guys in the GT probably get around my mpg. But it's because I live in San Francisco so a lot of hills and stop lights. But when I go out across the bay I get like 25+ Mpg on their back roads, even if I'm pushing 120mph +. Oh and I run 91 octane because stupid Cali doesn't have 93

I've got an average of 21 on a 500+ mile trip cruising at about 85, with sprints up to 140; running 100 octane.

After 16 previous Mustang V8s including a '12 Coyote 5.0,

My New 6G in Boost Version recorded- at ONLY 1K on the clock- a legit

38 FREEKIN MPGs..... over 75 miles on the way to the 2,000 car Cruise Night @ Patriot's Stadium this past June with my Cape Cod Mustang Club ..

Same to TASCA Ford Show in RI about 60 miles !

(admittedly, I was a soft-footed driver... on these runs :clap2::headbang::) )

( And, you know that is true if I could nurse 30MPGs out of my 2012 5.0 GT- And, yes, that was honest over 40 miles- I took a picture.. So, driving habits / style does MAJOR affect gas consumption... )
Dicks15Guard Just one of your pictures and I guessed you were from Cape Cod. I was there in August on my first trip 'state side. I stayed at the Tern Inn in West Harwich. You live in a beautiful part of the world mate. I was supposed to hire a 'stang and drive there from NYC but the rental company short sold me.

I took a 1000 mile road trip the other day, usually having the cruise set at 75mph but sometimes running 80-90mph. Trip showed 23mpg, but that's usually about a half to one mpg optimistic.

Car has about 8500 miles on it now. GTPP

Same here in EB.Although its my wifes car and shes does 90% driving we're consistently between 15 and maybe 18 MPG city where most of the driving is done...never better then 20....However when we took a 3500 mile road trip this pass summer (me driving) I reached 30 MPG on one tank and averaged close to 29 MPG @ 80-100MPH and I run 91-93 octane only

I'm sitting at 18.5 mpg right now, and have done a mix of city/hwy driving including some hard pulls. My mileage has creeped up in the 6 months since it was new. I hit 23 mpg at one point on a long hwy trip when the car wasn't even broke in yet. No complaints here.

Sweet App! I'm downloading it ASAP - been tracking mpg with paper & pen until now. Oh, and I only get 15-16 mpg with 93 octane in mixed suburban driving.

With 1,500 miles on her, I tanked up with 91 Oct. Got on the Highway, set the cruise control at 65mph and the trip computer consistently said about 27 MPG.

I always got my best mpg shifting at 2,000 rpm. Which I don't really do anymore since I've now owned the car year and really love the sound of the catbacks at 4,000 rpm.

MPG vs fun... :headbang:

I'm in Germany, even with 3.31's and 93 octane I get maybe 20mpg on the autobahn. That's also going 100-110mph constantly.
