I’ve replaced the rears with pro series midrange and pro tweeters and yet they sound anemic still, but after a lot of playing around I came to this conclusion that, because of the fast rear window, the focus of the sound reflection off of the rear glass is below the front passengers ear level. You can try lowering your head over the center arm rest and you’ll hear that the sound will become more bright and clear sounding. The only way to correct for this is having components in the back with tweeters aimed toward the center of the cabin. Just my 2 cents

If the factory EQ is disabled and the output of the headunit changed to Low level output, that processing function is disabled and you won't see it in the menus as well. All four channels of the headunit act as regular full range stereo with no processing

My eq is disabled and I still have driver and all settings

I keep it on all, I don’t like the way driver sounds. There is a difference.

I agree....I thought it all sounded fine, just the speaker lifespan let let down. So I always try to improve when oem lets me down.

I agree, driver mode sounds awful to me, although I'm not sure it has been altered from the factory to suit RHD.
