Rear Bolts, Rear Speaker

How in Gods name do you get those bolts out. Ive got my whole car torn apart, and cant seem to find anything small enough to get through to the back bolt. Any ideas?

You talking about the 7mm holding the speaker in the rear deck? I just used a small 1/4" socket, it fit right in there.

yea it was a something else to get out. I could not get the back bolt back in. I was only able to screw in two bolts SMH

I finally got it, but busted my hands up pretty good getting it done. I will not be taking them back out for any reason.

:eyebulge: Busted your hands up? How did you do that? It was a bit awkward trying to reach back there and start the screw without being able to see what you're doing but after I got it started, it was the same as getting it out. I just put the socket on it and held the socket head with 1 hand and turned with the other. When I was done, my rear window was a MESS! I'm not small, 6'4" 230 lbs with XL hands.

I agree though, that's something I don't want to do again. I think the door will be much easier.

Well, I am more than 230lbs. I am also not good at moderate force. Lets just say, light tough is not really my thing. I also managed to rip part of the rear tint off in the process.

I literally LOL'd, I know your pain. Definitely sorry to hear about the window tint, the hands always heal.
