Kind of. Road draft in the early days was a tube from the crank case (valve cover) to under the car. It has a v cut to create a vacuum from vehicle speed.

Drag racers run a tube from the valve cover to the header collector, this also has a v cut to create vacuum. This only works without mufflers.

This is kinda one of those that needed to be done to be able to get the car back on the road. I have a buddy that has a machine shop, maybe I’ll see if he can come up with something that’s acceptable to me. I’m a PITA to myself when it comes to how I like to see things done. The filters are definitely going to be a regular maintenance item,. especially if they absorb oil at a high rate. The last thing I want is to have to clean oil off of the engine and bay. We’ll see how it goes.

Oh yeah, I have LTH, but with cats and mufflers too. While it’s not my daily, I do drive it on the street. It’s hard to believe that I’ve had the car for 7 months already and only have 1501 miles on it. It’s been on jack stands, getting this mod or that mod installed for most of its life up to this point LOL. I need to put it back on the road soon.

Seriously I'd run a hose from the valve covers, Both sides, to the exhaust tips. Plug off the PCV plugs on the intake tube and call it a day.

I received the breather filters today and installed them onto both valve covers, along with vacuum caps on the air intake tube nipple and intake manifold nipple. I started the car and let it run for about 10 minutes and I am happy to report that there were no engine codes. I’m sure my neighbors were happy to hear it come back to life too. Haha!
